Job summary
Jubilee Association of Maryland is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. The role emphasizes person-centered plans, relationship-building, and daily living support under supervision.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience as a direct support professional is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to Jubilee’s core values (respect, self-determination, community).
- Computer skills for using email and online data systems.
- Current U.S. driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Direct Support provides in-person daily support for adults with disabilities in homes and communities per person-centered plans.
- Participate in social and community activities.
- Develop relationships and communicate with family, friends, and community members.
- Assist with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications and attend medical/dental visits.
- Transportation in Jubilee vehicles.
- Communicate with supervisor about absences and schedule; clock in/out accurately.
- Maintain regular team participation and document services.
