Memory Care Center at Emerald in Claremore, OK is seeking a Weekend Shift CNA to join our Nursing team. You will assist residents with daily activities, mobility, vital signs, and documentation, ensuring comfort and safety.

This role offers Baylor pay, working 32 hours while earning pay for 40 hours. The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma CNA certification, with prior skilled nursing experience preferred, and must be able to lift and transfer residents as part of patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Document care in electronic health records and report changes promptly.
• Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisor.
• Support feeding, meal prep, and companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians for cohesive care.

Position Type: Hourly, Full-time

Shift Available: Sat-Sun, 7am-11pm, Work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours.

Job Summary:

As a Weekend Shift CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility assistance, vital signs monitoring, documentation, and other essential tasks. Your primary focus will be to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
