Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position. No CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.
• No relocation benefit; residence within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC facility required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify high/complex assemblies per guidelines.
• Fill ISO, quality, and production checklists for supervision and engineering.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Lift and assemble heavy copper parts; maintain Kanban levels and report shortages.
• Inspect assemblies for hardware, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Respond to change notices and customer-initiated development needs.
• Assist engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer-driven work.
• Follow manufacturing drawings and ENOVIA drawings to established procedures.
