Job summary
The Hospitality Hub in Memphis is seeking Weekend Residential Support Staff to help ensure participant safety, provide excellent guest experience, and support daily operations at the Hub Hotel. Hours available are Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm or 7:00 pm–7:00 am, with pay starting at $17 per hour.
Candidates should be organized, reliable, with a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. Training includes CPR/First Aid and HMIS.
Qualifications
- Organized and task oriented.
- Current Driver's License with a safe driving record.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Compassionate listener and capable of motivating others.
- Leadership, communication, and conflict-management skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Experience using HMIS, GSuite and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests and supports Hub Hotel culture.
- Enforces Hub Hotel policies with humanity.
- Supports orientation, intake and HMIS data entry.
- Maintains a clean, safe, therapeutic shelter environment.
- Documents observations and incidents promptly.
- Engages with residents to support personal goals.
- Assists with housing plan implementation and events.
