Job summary

Project HOME is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve stability, wellness, and self-determination. As a Support Staff member at Hub of Hope, you will help residents live safely and with dignity, supporting daily living activities, meals, and medication monitoring while building meaningful relationships.

Weekend shifts, on-site location in Philadelphia, and a starting wage of $18.15 per hour apply, with ServSafe and a background in behavioral health preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health and/or homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site health and safety by restricting access and logging visitors.
• Communicate via calls, document shift summaries, and coordinate with on-call staff.
• Engage residents respectfully and facilitate recovery activities.
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, and outings as needed.
• Monitor medications according to policy.
