Job summary

Ourisman Kia of Chantilly is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to cover evening and Saturday shifts.

You will greet customers, answer phones, route messages, process payments, and prepare tickets for the accounting team, while keeping the front desk organized and professional in a busy dealership environment.

Hours are 3:00 PM–9:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturdays, with a focus on reliable attendance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

• Prepare sales and service tickets for the accounting department
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and poise
• Support front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Requirements

• Ability to work the scheduled hours (3 PM–9 PM Monday- Friday evenings + Saturdays 8 AM–6 PM)
• Accounting/cashier background preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
