Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Background and drug/alcohol screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs, maintaining clear records.
• Support safety and customer service at the client site.
