Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 14:45 to 22:45. You will train, coach, and discipline officers, manage call-offs, and coordinate post coverage while ensuring client security requirements are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring posts, reporting incidents to the District Manager, and maintaining professional communication with clients. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to supervise on weekends and manage posts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit reports; conduct post inspections.
