Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 2+ years in security or related field.
• Experience leading security teams and handling incident response.
• Ability to schedule, coach, and discipline officers; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers assigned to client sites; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train officers and review assignments and post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions with management.
• Prepare and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
