Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for weekend shifts in Moline, IL. This part-time role involves unarmed patrols, customer service, and access control, with a driving component and a straightforward schedule.

The position offers weekend hours (Sat/Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at $19.25 per hour, with the drive required to maintain security across production and industrial sites. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include valid driver’s license, customer service experience preferred, access control and badge experience preferred, comfortable using a computer or tablet, alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency responses when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and report unusual activity to site contacts.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs; communicate observations to leadership and site personnel.
