Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and departures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports and share information with supervision.
