Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Report maintenance concerns and security incidents promptly to keep the site safe.
