You will carry out security procedures, monitor premises, and coordinate with site contacts. A valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and background screening are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and hazards; deter improper activity with visible patrols.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
