Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrols in Peoria, IL. You will conduct unarmed patrols at an industrial site, deter security incidents, manage access control, and report observations. A valid driver's license is required and shifts are overnight.

The role is full-time with an $18.50/hour pay rate and a schedule spanning Mon-Sun nights. Excellent customer service and communications help you represent Allied Universal's people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: valid driver's license; customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Criminal history considered per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an industrial manufacturing location by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and facility perimeter; report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry and support an orderly work environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
