Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Concierge Security Associate for premiere Class A buildings in Wakefield, MA. The role runs Friday–Tuesday, 7:00am–3:00pm, and pays $21.05 per hour. This temporary/full‑time position includes on‑site parking and requires passing background and driving checks.

The successful candidate will present a professional image, communicate effectively with guests and clients, and remain on post while upholding the client’s standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record of three years or more.
• Must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalency.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Clear English communication (written and verbal).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for the building and clients.
• Maintain client appearance and culture at all times; ensure guests feel welcomed and approachable.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive phone demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a service‑oriented mindset and make every guest feel valued.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Keep security procedures and regulations up to date for all staff and clients.
