Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record of 3+ years.
• Pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Concierge will be front-facing and a direct representation for the building and clients.
• Uphold client appearance and culture and make guests feel welcomed and approachable.
• Remain on post at all times and maintain a professional appearance.
• Notify all serious incidents promptly.
• Basic computer knowledge and effective communication with security personnel.
• Keep staff updated on procedures, policies, or regulations.
