Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a part-time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide acute and comprehensive health care for pre-K through 12th grade students. The role operates in a 24/7/365 on-campus health center, including a 40-bed infirmary and three clinics.

The position offers weekend night shifts (Friday and Saturday, 7:00 pm–7:00 am) up to 29 hours per week, with potential for an extra 4 hours as needed.

Qualifications

PA RN license required; bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
Minimum of two years nursing experience including pediatric, school health or emergency nursing.
Valid PA driver’s license in good standing; CPR and advanced first aid training.
School Nurse Certification a plus; ability to engage with students beyond job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide acute and comprehensive health care to students pre-K–12th grade.
Work in a 24/7/365 on-campus health center with a 40-bed infirmary and three clinics.
Shift is weekend nights (Fri-Sat 7:00 pm–7:00 am) with potential to add 4 more hours as needed.
Commit to flexibility and active engagement with students.
