VNA of Florida is seeking a Weekend Scheduling Coordinator in Stuart, FL to manage patient referrals, schedule Home Health visits, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely care.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls, gathering and processing patient information from various sources for accurate and comprehensive initial assessment of referrals.

What You’ll Need

• 1 year of Home Health Scheduling preferred
