Path Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Operations Support Specialist for Columbus on a weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with shift differential.

You will support autonomous welding cells, interact with customers, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. This role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical work, reading drawings, and ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and diagrams.
• Welding experience and fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Customers and operate autonomous welding cells.
• Interface with customers to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineering to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment.
