Job summary

Path Robotics in North Carolina is seeking a Robotic Operations Support Specialist to help keep state-of-the-art autonomous welding cells running for customers.

You will interact with customers, troubleshoot issues with engineering teams, perform preventative maintenance, and read schematics to install and service automation equipment.

This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, Linux familiarity, and a customer‑minded, collaborative approach; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical training or associate degree in Engineering Tech or related field
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing
• Good customer support mindset for front-line issues
• Some welding experience; fabrication/machine shop background helpful
• Linux familiarity and willingness to learn programming basics
• Detail-oriented with experience handling small/fragile parts
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Customers and operate autonomous welding cells
• Interface with customers to keep equipment running efficiently
• Coordinate with engineering to troubleshoot issues
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment
• Read drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Record data to drive issue resolution
• Monitor cell performance and fit-up
• Be adaptable as needs change; travel 10-20%
