Arbors of Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Supervisor RN to direct the nursing unit operations in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on providing high-quality care, coordinating with physicians, and leading a team of nursing staff to ensure resident well‑being.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of nursing experience, including LTC. Licensure as an RN with CPR certification is required, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• RN license required, CPR certification desirable.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long‑term care.
• Must be able to manage a nursing unit and supervise staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct the nursing unit operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Plan and facilitate meetings addressing resident care issues for the unit.
• Oversee staffing and budgeting to meet resident needs and budget controls.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Participate in QA programs and staff orientation and development.
