Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing unit operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Plan and facilitate meetings addressing resident care issues for the unit.
• Oversee staffing and budgeting to meet resident needs and budget controls.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Participate in QA programs and staff orientation and development.
