Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA is seeking an RN for a Weekend Program. Day shift 7am-3:30pm with an hourly rate of $45.62 and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes weekend work with every 8th weekend off, and opportunities such as on-demand pay, fitness access, discounted childcare, and more.

RN Team Leader responsibilities include nursing documentation, supervising CNAs, and responding to emergencies. PA RN license is required; new grads welcome. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nursing skills and documents within licensure; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and assists nursing assistants; confer with Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
• Responds rapidly to emergencies involving residents and staff (evacuations, falls, alarms, drills) and handles emergencies appropriately.
