Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA is seeking an RN for a Weekend Program. Day shift 7am-3:30pm with an hourly rate of $45.62 and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. • Responds rapidly to emergencies involving residents and staff (evacuations, falls, alarms, drills) and handles emergencies appropriately.

RN Team Leader responsibilities will include:

• Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
• Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.

Requirements

RN Team Leader Qualifications:

• PA RN License is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
