Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or PA NA Registration is required.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal hygiene & daily living tasks.
• Ensures resident safety: accident prevention, safety awareness and rounds.
• Supports residents health with BP checks, dietary supplements, exercise encouragement, and illness assistance.
• Aids residents in meeting social and recreational needs, escorts to activities and letters.
• Assists with meals, menu choices, dietary needs, and service coordination.
