Qualifications

• Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA.
• Minimum two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
