Job summary

Briarwood Health Center by Harborview in Tucker, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee delivery of medications and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care for residents.

Active RN license in good standing is required; experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
