Excel Care in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM), Monday through Friday or every other weekend. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate on-shift operations in a skilled nursing setting.

This leadership role requires an active RN license in Delaware, 1+ year in long-term care, and strong communication and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Delaware.
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical documentation and care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs.
