Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and document resident status during rounds.
• Assist in implementing and updating care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Record physician visits and related clinical notes.
• Complete incident/accident reports per policy.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to designated contacts.
