Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Professional and Compassionate Weekend Supervisor, RN to oversee nursing services on Saturdays and Sundays at Windmill Village Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lubbock, TX. You will supervise the Nursing Services staff and provide direct care to residents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, supervising Charge Nurses, CNAs and CMAs, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Up to two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.
• Knowledge of PCC System; rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Nursing Services staff activities (Charge Nurses, CNAs, CMAs) aligned with rules and guidelines.
• Ensure staff follow Nursing Services Procedures Manual and correct procedures.
• Ensure staff meet their job descriptions and duties.
• Provide shift reports/recommendations to DON/ADON as required.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain the resident’s total care plan.
• Interpret policies and procedures to staff, residents, visitors, and agencies.
