Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor to cover weekends at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Coatesville, PA. The role oversees nursing staff, medications, and resident care, ensuring timely documentation and responsiveness to emergencies.

Qualifications include an active PA RN license and supervisory experience. Prior geriatric LTC exposure is a plus, with strong communication and computer proficiency. Benefits and support are provided by Life Care Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) a plus.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
• Administer direct care as necessary.
• Give and receive shift reports.
• Round and assure that proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Keep physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
