Job summary

Freedom Village Brandywine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the day shift in a skilled nursing setting in Coatesville, PA. The role focuses on overall nursing care, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate medication administration and documentation.

Starting pay is $40–$45 per hour plus shift differentials of $4/hr for Weekday Evenings/Nights and $6/hr for weekend shifts. Actual salary may vary by skills and experience. We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Geriatric long-term care nursing experience preferred (1 year).
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
• Administer direct care as necessary.
• Give and receive shift reports.
• Round and ensure safe, clean patient care environment.
• Keep physicians and families updated on changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Interface with other disciplines for continuity of care.
• Accompany physicians during rounds.
• Encourage restorative care to maximize resident independence.
