Qualifications

• RN with current PA license.
• 1 year of geriatric LTC experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
• Administer direct care as necessary.
• Give and receive shift reports.
• Round to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Keep physicians and families informed of residents' status.
• Develop comprehensive care plans.
