Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role. The on-site position leads weekend clinical operations and supports nursing staff while ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited RN program with an active SC license and prior long-term care experience. A supervisory background is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support weekend nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally.
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed.
