The RN Weekend Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinates with physicians, and responds to emergencies while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing services during assigned weekend shifts.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure timely intervention when changes occur.
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure CMS and Florida regulatory compliance and accurate nursing documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with the DON, administrators, physicians, and residents' representatives.
