Job summary

Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The RN will provide high-quality resident care during weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, CPR certification, and is comfortable with medication administration, documentation, and PCC charting (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (FL)
• Must be able to pass Level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC electronic charting is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform medical procedures and administer medications
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
