Job summary

Paradigm at Woodwind Lakes is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Service Department. The ideal candidate maintains regulatory compliance and delivers high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active RN or LVN license in the state, 2 years’ Long-Term Care experience preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN or LVN license in the state.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
• Six months’ experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct nursing service operations.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Conduct rounds and monitor staff performance across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and exercise prudent nursing judgment.
• Report incidents, exposures, and safeguarding resident privacy and safety.
