Job summary

Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care on weekends. The role emphasizes supervision, care plan implementation, and coordination with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.

The candidate must be licensed in Florida, with at least 3 years in long-term care and strong leadership and communication abilities to support residents, families, and staff during weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Must be willing to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs and CNAs on weekends.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in development and implementation of care plans and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records, including incident reports and resident assessments.
