Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a LVN in the State.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.
• Deliver care to residents following their plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for nursing services.
