Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Carbondale, PA, is seeking an experienced RN to fill Weekend RN Supervisor role. You will lead weekend shifts, oversee care plans, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead weekend teams independently.
• Compassionate and dependable with resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Deliver clinical oversight and maintain high standards of resident care.
• Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote full compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and Pennsylvania regulations.
• Coordinate staffing needs and address clinical concerns as they arise.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource and positive leader for the nursing team.
