Job summary

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing facility, seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership on weekend shifts and mentor nursing staff. You will ensure high-quality resident care and oversee medications, treatments, and care plans in a collaborative setting.

The role offers weekend leadership opportunities, a competitive hourly wage of $37–$41 with a weekend bonus, and generous PTO & benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and deeply committed to resident care.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Deliver clinical oversight and maintain high standards of resident care.
• Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and Pennsylvania regulations.
• Coordinate staffing needs and address clinical concerns as they arise.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource and positive leader for the nursing team.
