Job summary

Crestview Court in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will participate in and oversee patient care in alignment with physician orders and clinical policies.

Responsibilities include observing patient conditions, EMR documentation, medication administration, and coordinating care with staff to ensure timely, high-quality service. Eligible candidates must have an RN license and graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (RN program).
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes.
• Document assessments and care in EMR per policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders.
• Direct and coordinate delivery of timely, quality patient care.
