Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab in Middle Township, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend shifts. You will provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff, supervise resident care, and promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

2 years of experience in nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts.
Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed.
Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders.
Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel.
Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations.
Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment.
