Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time nursing role at Riverside Oaks in Victoria, TX. The RN will participate in and oversee patient care per physician orders and established standards.

Responsibilities include observing patient conditions, EMR documentation, administering medications, executing orders, and coordinating care to ensure timely, quality patient care across staff. Competitive wages and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care per physician orders and standards.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Implement and adjust the patient’s care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into delivery of patient care.
