Job summary

Cantex is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor for a full-time role in Round Rock, TX. You will oversee patient care delivery, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, documentation, and potential medication administration, with emphasis on quality patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements. On-call bonuses apply; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provision of patient care services in line with accepted standards and physician prescriptions.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions/changes and document per Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
• Document in EMR related to patient assessment and changes in condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders; implement patient care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and integrated into care delivery.
