Cantex in Texas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes leadership in care delivery and collaboration with physicians to implement treatment plans.

The RN will observe patients, document clinical changes in EMR, administer medications, and ensure that care plans are executed promptly by the team. A Texas RN license is required, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN license to practice in Texas.
• Experience with EMR documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
