Responsibilities

• Oversee provision of patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe and report patient conditions; document per policies/regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to assessment and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive and execute physicians' orders; implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of care by staff.
• Ensure care management systems are in-serviced and integrated.
