Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. We offer flexible weekend shifts of 8 or 12 hours, depending on facility needs. If you are an RN who enjoys leading a team and serving residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, we want to meet you.

This role focuses on clinical leadership, resident outcomes, and collaboration with physicians, CNAs, and families to provide high‑quality care on weekends.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• SNF/LTC or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high-quality nursing care and resident outcomes.
• Support and assist nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and follow all facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Follow established procedures for medication management, incident reporting, physician communication, admissions, discharges, and resident transfers.
• Assist with clinical problem-solving and support the nursing team as needed.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
