Job summary

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center in Brandon, FL is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor (7 AM - 11 PM) to lead our nursing team on weekends. This part-time role offers meaningful leadership and hands-on patient care oversight.

You will support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, oversee staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvements in resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, managerial experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in managing the Nursing Department while ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure they are performing in alignment with their job descriptions and facility standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct daily rounds to confirm that all nursing personnel meet and exceed accepted care standards.
