Florham Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will provide clinical oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license and BLS certification, with at least 2 years nursing experience. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with daily pay available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in New Jersey (NJ).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
