PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing units during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7am to 7pm in Virginia. The role focuses on directing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with care standards and company policies.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe, 24/7 nursing coverage while managing overtime and agency personnel. Participation in recruiting, orientation, and promotions is expected to support staff

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and promotions decisions.
